Booking by phone:
If you would like to reserve your tickets over the phone, please call the Box Office at 604 224 8007, ext 2 and leave a message after the beep. You will not receive a call from us unless there is a problem with your reservation (eg we are sold out for that night). You can then pay for your tickets when you arrive at the box office on the evening of the performance. If you want to pay for tickets when you make your reservation you must do that on line.
Booking on-line:
You can reserve you tickets on-line and pay for them at the box office when you arrive for the performance. You can also pay for them on-line should you wish to do so. When paying, watch for an E-mail confirming your booking. If you don’t receive that E-mail, check your junk mail box. If it’s not there either then your booking has not gone through. (Something has gone wrong with your application or the process. Please try again.) Note the latest you can make a reservation on line is 4 pm of the day of performance.
Can I change my booking to another date?
Yes you can do this on line or by phone, assuming that we are not sold out on the day you require.
Can I pay using credit card or direct debit?
Both on-line and at the box office we accept Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept direct debit.
Do you offer reduced prices for concession holders?
Yes students with valid student cards and seniors, 65 or older, receive $2.00 off the regular ticket price.

When do I need to turn up to the theatre to collect my tickets?
For reservation, in order to be sure of a seat, you must arrive 15 minutes before the performance starts. For prepaid tickets you must arrive5 minutes before the performance starts at the latest. We cannot guarantee you a seat after the time specified, as your seats will be released for general admission, even if you have already paid for your tickets. Should your seats be released and you have paid for tickets, we will do our best to accommodate you at a subsequent performance.
What happens if I’m late?
Assuming we are not sold out we will do our best to seat you in the auditorium at a suitable moment in the show. Can I get a drink or a snack at the theatre?
Wine and beer are available at our concession stand. We also serve tea, coffee, pop and bottled water. Snacks are limited to candy bars and the like. Should you need a more substantial meal before the show there are many restaurants along 4th Avenue, and on 10th Avenue in West Point Grey.
