Booking on-line:

You can reserve and safely pay for your tickets on-line. When paying, watch for an e-mail confirming your booking. If you do not receive that e-mail, check your junk mail box. If it is not there, your purchase has not gone through. (Something has gone wrong with your application or the process so please try again.) Note the latest you can make a reservation on line is 4 hours prior to curtain time on the day of the performance.

When do I need to turn up to the theatre to collect my tickets?

To ensure a seat, you must arrive 15 minutes before the performance starts. All tickets must be prepaid and you must arrive ten minutes before the performance at the very latest, otherwise we cannot guarantee you a seat after that time. Unclaimed seats will be released for general admission, even if you have already paid for your tickets. Should your seats be released and you have paid for tickets, we will do our very best to accommodate you at a subsequent performance.

What happens if I’m late?

Assuming we are not sold out we will do our best to seat  you in the auditorium at a suitable moment in the show.  Some shows  are not amenable to audiences entering this way in which case you will be given the choice of coming another night or perhaps, if there is room, sitting in the balcony until intermission.

Is the theatre accessible to people with mobility problems?

Yes there is level access to our front of house area and auditorium.  We have  suitable washroom facilities.  IF you are using a wheelchair we would like to have prior notice of your arrival.  However we will do our best to seat you at short notice if we can.

Where can I park?

There is a parking lot beside the theatre and also parking on North West Marine Drive.   The parking lot is free during the winter but from May 1st – Sept. 30th parking meters are in effect.  During that time you can park on Marine Drive which is always free.
